What's the Common Difference?

The difference between two numbers is the result you get after subtracting those two numbers
2, 4, 6, 8 is an arithmetic sequence
To find the common difference for the sequence '2, 4, 6, 8, ...' we'll have to find the difference between each pair of numbers
Add 2 to each number to get the next number in the sequence
Since we add 2 each time, 2 is the common difference!
